I even broke my laptop and they gave me a loaner at no cost. They went above and beyond!! I will now look for Fasano Hotels in other cities where I choose to travel."

"The hotel is dated, in poor repair. Only one of the two elevators was working. The room had nothing in it, no cups, soap, etc. completely bare except bedding and towels. The safe was missing its door. View was of construction."

"Since we arrived tried to contact Expedia that we were upset about the room but due to poor internet connection could not get thru. Had to walk steep stairs to the 3rd floor, of an old building, huffing n puffing, rattan on chairs tattered, dilapidated mattress, filthy bacteria laden string to pull flush, toilet cover cracked, insecure seat, lumpy pillows, old stained mirror, breakfast laid out in old plastic containers.Horrible! Pics on website deceiving, upset! Only saving grace were staff and lady who cooked breakfast offered us scrambled eggs on second last morning.breakfast area colourful but had shoddy curtains and laundry sheets - we had no idea what we were getting into as we booked a package air and hotel. We have booked a lot of travel with Expedia but this was the worst. Moved to second floor mattress better. Imagine walking up and down those steep stairs - had to take a break to catch our breath. Not used to these standards. Upsetting experience."

"Nice neighborhood, steps from excellent Xique Xique bar/resto. Helpful guards at front gate. Friendly building residents. Host responded well with info and suggestions. Apartment could supply more and better towels, linens, and hangers. No microwave, no washer. Tiny 2nd bathroom, 3rd bedroom, and kitchen. Utensils needed better cleaning. "Private" courtyard/patio was for entire building."
