"The restaurant was closed for renovation and the pool was closed so not very happy about that specially, the restaurant we had to walk quite a ways to get something to eat and that’s why I booked the the hotel was to eat in their restaurant"

"Very nice concierge, reasonable price for downtown calgary but noisy AC machine and noisy streets, big gaps under the door, noisy hallways. Good for a basic, no frills stay."

"Booked in for our anniversary weekend and had an excellent time. We were initially worried about the pool space being booked out for a private event but the front desk staff quickly explained that it would be back open in a couple of hours. That worked perfectly for us to wander down the road and have a lovely dinner at a nearby restaurant. Upon our return, pool-side service was lovely - we ordered bubbles by the bottle and had our glasses topped off regularly. The pool was nice and warm and the ambiance was perfect for our anniversary. The fire tables gave lovely warmth and just made the experience romantic and cozy. Would absolutely stay again. "
