The room was not ready at 3:00. We had to wait, along with a lobby full of other customers, for housekeeping to finish. Finally got our room at approximately 3:40 and then our magnetic room key wouldn’t work. Went to the lobby and waited another 15 minutes to get the key fixed. Went back to the room and key didn’t work again. They did send maintenance to let us in the room and the housekeeping manager took our keys, had them fixed, and returned them to our room. ALL OF THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS THROUGHOUT.

Most of it is good. Could get some bigger pillows. Getting in and out the shower was little scary for me. I'm older, I'm afraid of falling. Maybe an extra bar to hold on to. The towel racks are way to high in the shower.

Incompetent and disorganized. We were forced to check-in late because their computer system was down. No policy in place for this? We were charged for an extra night and the hotel is lying about when we checked out. GM doesn’t return phone calls. I have to dispute the over charge with my credit card unfortunately. Whole experience was a pain in the a$$

Too many people in pool at one time unwatched children like 5 years old bad as hell oil floating on top of pool pool not at a warm temp for the price stay a lil further away and get better service and uber in lol parking a joke really would just like a refund check in was a joke picked my room ben planning this trip for a long time got there at 245 and was told no check in till 3 cool came back at 330 and had to settle for a lesser room pool was too nasty to swim in and neighbors were so dam loud we stayed up till the neighbors passed out and slept past breakfast what a night right before a heart procedure at cc in the am thanks for the overcharged bad night

We got to the hotel early and checked to see if we could check in early. They said they had a room and allowed us to check in. We went to our room and opened the refrigerator to put our items inside, there was still someone else’s food in the refrigerator. The cleaning lady was in the hall and we went out to ask for a garbage bag so we could clean it. She came in and emptied the refrigerator. We had no bath towels so we called down and asked for towels. They brought us up 5 bath mats as towels. We had to use those as I was in the shower waiting on the towels. I could tell the bedspread was not changed because it still smelled like women’s cologne. The toilet paper holder fell off and we could not get it fixed. We went to this hotel for our 20 th wedding anniversary and we were not pleased.
