I didn’t know about this old, historic property when I booked and only learned about its famous history on the city tour. It’s the home of Boston Cream Pie (delicious in the Parker House) and Parker House Rolls. Room was well updated but maintained character with quiet comfy beds & pillows, I asked for a walk-in shower and fridge which they readily accommodated and although directions said I needed to arrange late check in, someone is there 24/7. The only thing I missed was room service for my early flight.

Classy Parker House
Wonderful old classy hotel. Reception desk personnel welcoming and friendly. Answered all questions with a smile. Room was small, but bed super comfortable with lots of pillows. Bathroom tiny, but works for one person.

In the heart of Boston
The service was great and everyone was super polite! The hotel is old and needs some remodeling. The shower curtain was just half size and the water goes everywhere. The view was awesome!

Beautiful historic hotel. Restaurant was good for brunch but rather expensive. The printed information provided by the hotel stated that the Last Hurrah bar had last call at 11:30 on Saturday night but we were turned away rather rudely at 11:15pm. It is a great location, walkable to everything. I would stay there again when in Boston.

The ambiance and service from every staff member was incredible! Great location and so much history to soak in. Only recommendation for improvement was the beds/mattresses needed replaced and bathroom could use some TLC.

Great location. Old building, I am sure it was a very impressive hotel in 1920s, but not anymore. I was given a full bed for two people when clearly the reservation stated 2. Air conditioning unit right next to the bed with air flowing directly on us, freezing with it but hot and humid without it. Extremely small room, no place to put luggage- suitcases and clothes had to be on the floor. While the room was clean there was mildew in the shower and the rug was so old you could smell the decades. Perhaps upper floor rooms are better but this one on the second floor was terrible or maybe it was because we booked through Expedia, not sure.
