Many stairs to move in! Hear people walking sound in upper floor. And feel like earthquake when people using the washing machine. The carpet on the living room is so slippery, made me almost fall. The good thing is very spacious and clearness is ok.

Very well equipped, clean, centrally located apartment in an area rich in excellent food options. Probably noisy on weekend evenings when university starts, but it was fine during Montreal’s construction holiday. The center has more panhandlers than I remember from a decade ago, so rue St. Laurent has its share, but the area— and whole city—is very safe.

Loved my stay. Location was great, with a small convenience store in front. Walking distance to train station. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend. Kitchen had the plates, cups and pots for cooking.

We really enjoyed the location and over all vibe of this apartment. Its on a street where no cars are allowed to drive and you can walk. There's plenty of shops and food and this great little cafe close by. The only issue we had was that we were sent the wrong building codes to enter the apartment so we had to call the owners. They sent a correction right away. I read this same issue on another review. I don't understand how/why this could be a repeat issue. They did text the correct info right away but it was stressful after a 7 hour drive. I would double check that you have the right entry code, floor and apartment # and code before you go. There is also no parking near by. We ended up having to park a mile away and walk back.. which wasn't awesome in the rain.

It was a great location with endless food options. Close to many of the attractions. The property was very clean and spacious. The plaza in front of the property is lively and has many people walking around.

Fabulous Apartment with a Workout
The apartment was great and very roomy, the property managers responded fairly quickly. The only thing I would say is that the tv in the bedroom needs to be changed to a smart tv, it wasn’t usable, and definitely get ready to climb some stairs there is no elevator. So when coming with your baggage or a day of walking get ready for another strenuous activity in climbing these stairs. But once you get up to your apartment it’s great, the grocery store across the way was very convenient and the surrounding restaurants were great as well. Overall I was very pleased.

Very comfortable apartment, great location
The Aparthotel was exactly as described. Very clean. Great location. A bodega type store right across the street. Several restaurants within a 2 minute walk, as well as several coffee and dessert places. Quick 10 minute walk to overnight parking that is located by a bus station which had a currency exchange so that was super convenient. I highly recommend this aparthotel. I would stay here again next time we are in Montreal.

Montreal Suite - fabulous location!
The apartment was clean and well equipped. The bed was particularly comfortable with lovely linens/duvet. There was a mixup in communicating the entry code which was not received but one phone call to landlord and we were settled in the suite.

A beautiful spot in a beautiful location! Right in the heart of the Plateau. Extremely walkable area - Prince Arthur is a fully pedestrian street with great restaurants. Subway about a 10 min walk away. It was a little bit noisy on a Friday night as there are lots of clubs for students in the area, but that didn't last too late. I would definitely go back and stay there again.
