When I got to my room there was garbage placed outside door and not taken away. The room was to hot with no in room thermostat to control. Had to unplug unit and let room cool down then plug back in terrible.

perfect location for US embassy appointment

Hotel is old, but the bedding and bathroom were clean. No carpets was a bonus as it is cleaner. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Super close to the US embassy, if that takes you to Montreal.
