They check in process was easy i checked in 5 hrs early and did all the paperwork & they called when room was ready had a full size frig & the brought extra towel , there shampoo provided was great. I highly recommend staying there its ashort walk to skywheel. Best hotel i ve stayed at in a long time

They’re could be a lot of upgrades. From the elevators to the beds and stoves in the rooms. Also the pool water was very murky, and not so clean. The 6 days we were there a homeless man would bathe in the hot tub. He would start with soaking his feet and eventually would go in fully clothed. Overall they’re could be several improvements, parking was also a hastle as there’s no parking at the actual hotel, you need to park across the street in others lots.

Our recent stay at Holiday Sands North was very pleasant. The hotel is clean, family friendly and its location to the beach is super convenient. The staff was amazing..any time I called them for anything..someone came to help right away. The price of this property for its location is top notch. I would definitely stay here again.

It was an amazing experience it's a rather dated hotel but the views and location make up for it! Would highly recommend staying there as we are already in the early stages of making another trip next year!

The rooms are not as they look on the website. I ordered a non-smoking room but the other people smoked in the rooms all the time. The smell of marijuana was bad and the shower was terrible. It only draws water very badly. It was not what I expected for my family.

Overall was ok. Easy access to activities, boardwalk and beach. On site cafe was not open, made the morning a challenge with out coffee on site. Some other guests believed they were privileged and above the rules, acting as if they were the only ones on vacation with no concept of civility. Again, is not a bad place to stay for a vacation despite others lack of social grace. The staff was more than helpful and accommodating. Worth the stay.
