The suite was very clean and well appointed, made diner at home every night. Enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. Very spacious room with nice balcony. Had problem with the bath tub, they sent someone immediately and it was resolved within 10 minutes.

Comfortable unit, slightly dated but clean. Only real issue was extremely low water pressure in shower. While CA regulations require low pressure heads, there are much better options available that meet those requirements.

We enjoyed our stay. Great service. However the water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit from cold to hot. Had to adjust frequently. We did mention to the front desk when we left there were tiny ants in the kitchen sink area. We love staying here

Great location. Great room. Had everything one needs for a short or long stay. Only downside was the room location. We had a room facing the main road so the noise from the traffic was overwhelming at times even with a sound machine running at night.

Hyatt Desert Oasis exceeded our expectations
Hyatt Desert Oasis exceeded our expectations. Switched our room to pool view at no additional cost. Everything about our room and the property was excellent. They had a heated pool, the gym had plenty of equipment and provided free parking. Room was clean,heat and AC worked excellent, bathroom was very nice and clean and had everything we needed with nice couch in living room, 2 large TV's, king size bed very comfortable, walkin closet, nice full kitchen and clean large and small towels and very hot water in the bathroom and kitchen. Room was spacious and check in staff was very helpful as well as on-site concierge. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel in Cathedral City which was 15 minutes from the airport.
