The suite was very clean and well appointed, made diner at home every night. Enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. Very spacious room with nice balcony. Had problem with the bath tub, they sent someone immediately and it was resolved within 10 minutes.

The view of mountains from the balcony is very beautiful. The property has well maintained pool and cabana. The rooms are well lit and the kitchen is fully equipped. However the property is old and doesn’t not feel like a Hyatt hotel. The most inconvenient part is that it does not have any EV chargers on the property and the nearby supercharger was 2.5miles. Overall it was good but not a great one.

Property is conveniently located and has all you need. Quick repair on our room toilet upon arriving. The only disappointment was the minimal room cleaning. No bedding change in 9 days and no consistent towel change.

We enjoy the spacious one bedroom unit and it was very quiet. The amenities are perfect, especially if you have children. The only complaint is that there was a tip envelope for the housekeeping staff, but we were there 3 days and all we noticed was that they emptied the wastebaskets one day.
