Room was clean and quiet. Pools and proximity to beaches, shaved ice, ABC store, food truck were great. Free laundry was a bonus. Access to bikes although did not have time to use them. Easy checkin and checkout.

Best resort around the area with great access to all the Maui activities. Their rooms are new and best maintained. Pool, outdoor bar and restaurant are the best you can get in Maui compared to pricy resorts.

We stayed in a Kai King room in Jan. 2025 and were very impressed with the quality, decor and amenities provided in the new Kai Tower! The room was very spacious with lovely modern decor! We enjoyed the hot tubs and infinity pool. Junior our pool side bartender was exceptional. The location of this hotel in Kihei is excellent and just across from the beach. There was a complimentary laundry room on our floor to do self serve laundry (pods were free)! Our only complaint was the inability of the front desk staff to accommodate us when we decided to extend our stay by one night. They made us checkout at 11 am and check back in at 4 pm instead of allowing us to stay in the same room. It seems this property accommodates airline staff who are given priority accommodations. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.
