Amanda at check in was particularly excellent and professional. This hotel was clean and well maintained. The shuttle to Disneyland was a great amenity to have. As an area of possible improvement, we were not as impressed with the dining options. There was not consistency in what was open. The starbucks was the only area that was always open at the posted times. Overall, we would still return to this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. Lobby is gorgeous. Service is great. We stayed in the kids suite. Although it met all our needs, the room itself is outdated. Furniture is worn. The south tower has been renovated but the north tower is not. We stayed in the north tower.

Hotel was very outdated room was old and not the room I booked online. Plumbing was terrible and toilet kept clogging. Staff was unhelpful and not friendly on arrival when asked about Expedia perks, example room, upgrade, and voucher.
