It’s very dated and not well maintained motel. Photos are a bit deceiving. Just in our room the faucet for the shower was loose, toilet wasn’t flushing, the GFI outlet was loose, there was hair on the bathroom wall, the main door wasn’t sealed tight. The breakfast was decent as was the location.

Clean, comfortable. Quick and easy check-in. Nice location. Hopped on a scooter to head downtown since it was a little hot for walking, although it's well within walking distance of a lot of stuff down on Broadway.

Not worth the money
Staff was abrasive and rude upon checkin. Beware that “parking available” means that you will be charged to park on the property, and not informed of the extra fee. I asked the staff about the parking fee after having already been charged for it and they told me I was wrong and that they did tell me about the parking fee (they did not). I have no problem paying for parking so long as the policy regarding it is transparent and clear. This place is “motel style” so the rooms go straight to the outdoors and my room was directly in front of the pool and therefore was extremely loud all day. The pillows are more akin to throw pillows, so be sure to bring your own. The room itself was grimy and kinda sticky? The description says it’s a 20 minute walk from broadway, but fails to inform that you have to cross a highway to get there. I’m sure this could be remidied by studying a map closely, but as someone not from Nashville, I would have had no idea just from looking at the map. Additionally (due to no fault of the hotel) there is active construction on the sidewalk directly outside which further hiders the walk ability of this location. For $150 my money would have been spent much better elsewhere

The hotel was enough of what we needed. Not fancy, but dated. Our room wasn't really cleaned daily. The breakfast was great and the location was great for walking to Broadway and just outside of The Gulch.

The STAFF was amazing, so friendly and helpful! Very nice property, large beautiful pool, 3 free massage chairs in the lobby, a nice snack/grocery/drinks area for purchase, etc also by the lobby, The HUGE, delicious breakfast that comes with your room reservation!! (A little road construction but no problem. There is a parking fee.) Would stay there again for sure!!!! UBER for like $10.00 or less to Broadway, no driving needed once you park your vehicle except if you go to the Grand Ole Opry area or elsewhere!

The bathroom in our room was disgusting. There was gum or something on our rug in the room, which was disgusting. The outdoor area by the pool was disgusting. There were cigarette butts everywhere on the ground. It looked like it hadn’t been swept or cleaned and quite some time. There were cigarette butts on the tables. Overall, very dirty hotel.

Location was great as it was close to downtown. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold but there was a large selection of other food items. Room was clean but very poorly updated as there was paint splattered all over the bathroom floor and fixtures and the outlets did not work on one half of the room. Upon check-in the front desk was not friendly nor very helpful or knowledgeable about the area the hotel was located. Not at all worth the money that we paid.
