The Lobby was lovely and quaint. The staff were friendly and efficient. We had to shorten our stay by one night and it was no problem at all. The room was clean and updated.

It’s a beautiful property! The staff was so friendly, the room was super clean with beautiful floor to ceiling windows. I felt like a queen at this beautiful historic hotel.

Beautiful old building. My allergies flared almost immediately. Visible mold in bathroom. Remote didnt work, didnt leave bottle opener for wine that was included. Towels, cheap and small, bedding was nice. Room design elegant. Bathroom "door" horrendous. It was a sliding "barn door" with cabinetry hardware that did not fully shut. It was very loud. Not in the greatest area for a woman traveling alone but only 2-3 blocks from old market. Terrace was unavailable the entire time I was there. There are much better luxury hotels in Omaha. I wouldn't book here again unless I had an event there. Restaurant was good, but bar closed hours earlier than posted even when there were still 10-12 customers. Overall the experience was disappointing.

I really like these classic old hotels. If shiney and modern is your thing this might not be the place for you, but I love the high ceilings and moldings, real solid wood doors and trim and a spacious old fashioned lobby. The desk man was very helpful and welcoming too.
