Great hotel location near the Alamo. I had a Riverwalk Room View but it cost $20 more a night. The food in the restaurant was mediocre.

Overnight trip to explore the Riverwalk and Alamo. Fast courteous service, excellent location within one block from the Alamo and on the Riverwalk! Clean room and comfortable beds! Minor scuffs along floorboards typical in a high volume hotel.

Amazing hotel, great staff, excellent location, plenty of dining that's walking distance. The bed was sooo comfortable. The parking is expensive but that's the only downside.

Great location and friendly staff
Overall this hotel was excellent. Room very nicely designed and I liked the eco touches ( such as the water bottle refill station near the elevators). Minor glitches: in room coffee machine was not working well ; I should have asked for another but didn’t do so. Hotel offered a 24/7 workout room but sadly 4 out of 6 treadmills were out of service the entire 3 nights I was there ( one not labeled out of service, but it wasn’t working). It would be great if this hotel offered a shuttle to the airport, and if there were a few more vegetarian friendly options particularly on the lunch and dinner menus!

Rooms are nice but we spent most of our time on the river walk. There's an elevator in the lobby that takes you down to the river walk level. As soon as you exit the door you are literally on the river walk and directly to the right you'll see a bar. Staff was very helpful and the valet was pretty fast. Lobby is very pretty and you can see a nice view of it from the upper floors.
