The hotel was very dirty, smelled and the service was non-existent, they didn't answer their own phones. The coffee tated like dirty water and they lacked supplies. We heard that they just lost their 4 diamond rating. We would not go back.

Their restaurant is overpriced and the cook doesn't know how to cook eggs. The waitress was under-trained (didn't know how to split a check) and surly. And we were the only patrons! We had to have them come up and work on our door 4 times before we had a key card that worked. The safe didn't work, the phone wasn't attached to anything. All of the rooms with ice were locked, and there wasn't a sign on the doors to explain that you had to go down to the front desk to get ice.

we were not properly treated .We had reservation ,someone checked us in when we arrived at hotel .Someone checked us in under a different credit card .Room we specified was a king and they gave us a 2 queens or 2 doubles .nousy all night long ,didn’t send someone to figure out the noise in a timely manner .We were so tired and regretted staying in the room .Couldn’t sleep .

Not a 4 Star Hotel - Worse experience
Terrible stay. Do not recommend this to anybody. In the first room the shower was clogged and filled with sewage. We left word at the front desk. Upon returning that evening, the room had not been cleaned and the shower was worse. Upon demanding to be changed to another room, we were moved. The following day, again the room was not cleaned. Upon making another fuss, housekeeping showed up, looked around and did not do anything. All we got were apologies and nothing was done. In general the hotel shows signs of wear and tear and lack of maintenance.

The pool is amazing. The rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is very nice. The valet only parking was a bit of a pain but it's really the only option. Happy to have the security of the truck though. The kitchen was unbelievably slow and not many wait staff. We were late for our morning activity. Food was OK.

The rooms were cleaning and well kept. The breakfast was very good. The pool looks like it has been updated and the towels and chairs were better than average. Front desk personnel were not very knowledgeable. I had issues because of two separate reservations that they couldn't quite figure out. Outside laundry service needs improvement. The laundry service didn't pick up and front desk tried to tell me my laundry had been returned in same bag because the service ran out of bags. Also, had someone try to get in my room in the middle of the night. Carpet in hallways needs to be either cleaned or replaced.

Hotel was pretty run-down. Both chairs in our room were torn. There was water damage on the ceiling. Overpriced for the quality of the room. We've been to Santa Fe many times, and this was our worst hotel experience there.
