The app they recommend you download the flexi key pass does not work it did not work for me or a few other guests I talked to in the elevator. Other than that the hotel gave me a physical keycard soon as I requested one and we had a pleasant stay.

We liked the location, front desk guy was wonderful at check in. Very courteous, and knowledgeable. Things we didnt like.....very loud, they gave us 1 pair of ear plugs even though there two of us. The rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller. The bed was conformable, tv was great size. You can hear the people talking in the rooms next to you.

There was an issue with an unopened bottle of water. There seemed to be some alcohol smell and taste of its contents, not sure drinkable or toxic cleaning substance. It was brought to front desk immediately.

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was very comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. The staff were very accommodating and helped us store our bags for an hour or so before we left. It was also very well situated for exploring the city.

We paid 45$ for the parking garage but it was worth it to be able to pull up and hand the keys to the valet. Parking in Seattle is no joke!

Kiana was great in making our family of 4 feel welcomed. Our 3 y/o left her cat stuffy in the lobby and it was brought up to our room with a hand-written card and 2 cute balloon hearts.

Nice hotel, no need to walk too long to the elevators. Close to Chinatown, a 15 minute walk. Old hotel but well maintained. Clean and quiet (someone knocked something on the door at 3:35 am!). Good rate also. Would stay there again.
