Ottawa trip
My stay was excellent. I got a room at the ground level (same as frontdesk), good size, high ceiling with patio access. The hotel is close to many restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variaty of food. I higly recommend it.

Stayed here for a week to explore the city and environs. Great location and facility for a longer stay. Breakfast had enough variety and was fresh. Very accomodating and friendly staff is always appreciated.

This is a really nice, clean, small modern hotel decorated with colourful art throughout. The rooms are bright and clean and we had a great little balcony overlooking the street. There's on-site parking and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a block away from dozens of restaurants and bars and a couple of blocks from Bywatd Market. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. We stayed here once before and will stay here any time we're in Ottawa in the future.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Ottawa. Very close t the Byward Market. Staff is amazing, friendly, and vey helpful in all situations. Accommodations are absolutely beyond expectations!!!

Stayed for three nights. Pro: clean, close to shopping, restaurants, parliament hill, walkable. Also offers a decent breakfast for free. Cons: the thermostat in my room was broken. Called twice to have it fixed but it was never fixed. The room stayed at 23C all night, every night, had to open the balcony door to let cooler air in, which also let in the noise. Overall, if the thermostat was not an issue, a great stay.

Great location, good condition, cool art
Kind of unusual, and a little tricky to find the way in at first until you know, but a real hidden gem. The room was big, everything worked, and the location very central. Parking close by (sort of underneath). The area, like all central Ottawa the past few years, is really struggling to support the people that clearly need help for addictions or health issues, but this is as good a spot as you'll get and we didn't feel unsafe (though we had to cross the road once when someone who was really wired wanted to throw his milkshake into a restaurant or passerby). The number one cool think about this property that doesn't actually change anything, but would make me want to stay there again, is the artwork. It's all by one (deceased) artist, and it's everywhere, in the stair wells, halls, different places. It's really cool, and one of a kind. Makes it from a good place into a special place.

Check in staff & housekeepers, morning severs for breakfast were super friendly. The breakfast was excellent that had offered hot foods, pastries, fresh fruits, yogurts and etc. I will highly recommend this budget property.
