I would rate my overall experience 3. The washroom doors did not lock and you had to push hard to close it. There were not enough AC/Fan which made it hard for me to sleep at night.

La chambre n’étais pas lavée, il restait des ballons de l’autre visite d’avant, était sensé d’avoir un sofa lit dans notre chambre et il y en avait pas en plus lorsque nous avons demandée une couverture ils nous ont catégoriquement dit non. La chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée nous avons dû attendre 45 min de plus que l’heure que nous pouvions rentrer. Nous sommes habitué d’y aller mais je ne crois pas que je vais y retourner avec le service que nous avons eu

The staff was all very friendly. Hotel is under renovation and they did a good job of not doing construction while we were in our room (or we didnt hear them at least) Our room was nice and big but they are rushing for sure..paint was literally on everything..headboard,couch, floors. Lots of parking was nice and walking distance to a grocery store. Short drive to everything only a few minutes from Ottawa.

J'aime bien le Ramada. Les lits sont confortable et nous manquons de rien. Par contre, le bain tourbillon était sal et le spa ne fonctionnait pas. Dommage que ça ne soit pas dit avant de réserver.

Really close to the Casino Entry to Parking is not well advertised. We drove around to find where to enter Staff put us on hold for 20 minutes on phone 2 times. cleaning lady stole the suit I forgot when I left.
