The staff was great, but I was put into room 122 with a known issue with the thermostat. -27c outside?? So I was told after I mentioned the lack of heat. The sleeping quarters were immaculate and of good quality bedding and fixtures, the bathroom however needs a lot of work, mold under the soap dish, the ceiling was patched and not well quite visible, the baseboard by front closet was quite dirty.

Kids and parents, screaming and yelling in the hallways, not respecting others , In the morning, 8 AM all year doors closing loudly and the cleaning staff making a bunch of noise in the hallways so it is impossible to sleep in

Your hotel is advertised as pet-friendly. I paid the $25 fee for my dog, plus put down a $200 damage deposit. The evening clerk was helpful. ln the morning I was questioned if the dog with me was mine. I was told it is not a pet-friendly hotel and I would have to leave. I was then told he was calling a manager. It was an unpleasant way to start the day.

I stayed for 1 night, our room was clean, comfy. The only negative thing i would say the AC wasnt able to be turned on, i was kinda hot but i open the window instead. The pool was open till 11pm, the staff was friendly and polite on arrival 😀. Lots of parking around the building, near a gas station, also has a restaurant out front, and wendys across the st.

I booked my room twice this week through Expedia, it was very easy to book and pay, there is a cheap laundry available in the building & staff is co operative. Front desk & house keeping is very attentive. The pool area is also nice, clean and cozy!!
