The staff was great, but I was put into room 122 with a known issue with the thermostat. -27c outside?? So I was told after I mentioned the lack of heat. The sleeping quarters were immaculate and of good quality bedding and fixtures, the bathroom however needs a lot of work, mold under the soap dish, the ceiling was patched and not well quite visible, the baseboard by front closet was quite dirty.

Expensive for very old and tired rooms
Rooms are old and dingy. Very run down. Staff were friendly but facility is in poor condition. Rooms are very run down and for the price we paid was very poor value

It was right off the 417 so you didn't have to travel far into the City of Ottawa. Restraunt/bar right next door to the hotel which was convient.

Terrible bed. A pullout couch would be more comfortable. Groups of people outside the window smoking pot and playing loud music from their car. Some were walking around in their underwear. Definitely will never stay here again. Not recommended.

The pet friendly hotel and I was traveling with two collies. The room I was given was dusky and had old brown carpet on the floor Only one lamp of the three worked The bed was disgusting frankly slept on top People were going in and out of their rooms at all hours of the night and the doors slam very loudly. They say it’s a non-smoking hotel but that’s all you can. Smell is smoke. I’m asthmatic so that wasn’t fun. Workmen With diesel trucks were lighting it up at four in the morning with lights shining in our room. There were other places for them to park The cleaning crew will come around 8 AM I even had the cleaning management knock on my door and want to see who was in my room Never had that happen We had a fire alarm One night People were hanging out the windows smoking God knows what It was a wild crew that was staying there. I don’t have anything good to say about this place One last thing the front desk manager called my room to tell me that I owed her $400 for having two dogs stay I’ve never been charged $400 for two dogs Stay I suspect the people that I saw outside during the fire alarm weren’t paying full price at this hotel. I understand the government has a program to help people to find a roof over their head, but I paid close to $2000 for one week and she still wanted another 400 from me. This place was no less cheap than any of the other places around the only reason I chose it was it had availability. The price was far too much for the hotel

This is a reasonably good hotel. It is off a busy highway but has good rooms. It is hard to go for a walk due to traffic but you can reach many amenities by car.

Hotel overall was decent, staff are fantastic and helpfull. Room was updated. Beds are not the greatest but still fair. Pool was too busy with kids to use it myself. Walls are thin. You could hear neighbors on both side quite clear, having our TV on helped mask the noise.
