This was an ok hotel. Noting too fancy like staying at a regular Hilton hotel. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The area is quiet which was nice. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

When we arrived, we weren’t greeted that nice. After a long drive, the kids and us were happy and excited to get to the hotel. The staff member that greeted us was short and not very happy. I didn’t say my phone number loud enough for her when she asked and you could tell she was annoyed. She didn’t say enough your stay or make us feel very welcome. Other than that the breakfast staff was great. We were up early and the gentleman working at the desk saw us pouring coffee in the lobby. He greeted us and said let me get some fresh coffee going for you. You could tell he wanted to make us happy. Very nice and friendly. The room was nice and beds were comfortable.

When I booked a stay at this location I had specified that it was my daughter’s first hotel stay at 2 years old and she was very excited. I had requested something welcoming for her - a note saying hello Madison or something very small and doable. I even spoke with staff reiterating this request. Nothing was done and this was extremely disappointing as we had prepared her for a special surprise when we arrived. Additionally some of the towels had stains and the shower was not clean. The surfaces on the night table etc had spots of sticky substances from a previous guest. We could feel sagging spots in the bed where some springs had worn out. This isn’t what I had expected from this hotel. I intentionally booked here because I had hear Hampton inn prioritized its guest experience. This was not the case for me. Extremely disappointed as I’ve had incredible stays at much cheaper hotel lines and had expected more for the price I paid.
