Pros: location was amazing (walking distance to everything! 5-10 mins! Awesome!) and their on site parking feels really safe as underground and private (you need a special code to access). Loved that we could park early as well before checkin to do some sights and shopping beforehand. Hotel looked kept up well and the room was decent size for one night. It looked clean, with just a few areas needing touchups. Staff super friendly and helpful.
Cons: water pressure for shower was really low. But I think the major point to consider is if you’re a light sleeper: you can always hear when someone is taking a shower or if doors are opening/closing. At one point, there was 5 mins of constant opening and closing of doors that we thought there was an emergency going on but if was just regular traffic/ cleaning services. They def need to up the budget on noise reduction/doora as I probably will choose another hotel next time if we stayed overnight again. We had a good stay but that definitely made our stay rating more adequate than good

Was charged $50 for having a small dog and $25 to park vehicle after booking online with Expidia letting them know I wanted a pet friendly room and parking available.
Cost should have been 160$ plus taxes after 1 night it was $301. Not worth it at all room was small very cheaply set up but everything over charged. Staff was nice tho

Very convenient location. It's at the very heart of Ottawa. You can walk to Parliament and downtown. If you want to go to other sites and places in the city, you can ake the bus or metro, both of which are accessible outside the hotel. The hotel is also clean and well-maintained. The front desk is fast and efficient. The only con might be the tiny rooms. The bed and furniture are cramped into a small space.
Check in was good, i would name the agents but there were no name tag on agent that checked me in or the girl that was next up on shift. Storing luggage before check in time and at check out was great, staff was helpful. I asked for late check out but i changed my mind, Rachel was nice and helpful during check out. Good stay for 1 or 2 night stay.
As soon as we walked into the lobby we were greeted with a friendly welcome. The staff were attentive, kind and even helped us park! The parking garage is behind the hotel and could accommodate our 2019 Toyota RAV… check if your vehicle will fit if it’s taller than most.
The room was clean and the bed was oh so comfortable!!! We were in a corner unit and had no noise. We would definitely staycation here again.
It was located right in downtown. Just few blocks from parliament. Parking was not difficult as other said in other reviews but it could be for those not used to underground parking or driving large vehicles. Hotel was really clean and staff was helpful. Fitness room is located in the basement. I would stay here again
Good location and courteous staff. Maid never cleaned the room indicating do not disturb sign was on - but I left at noon and showed proof of Uber call - so she just didn’t go back to check. Front desk was courteous and gave me towels coffee and water to bring to my room. Most considerate considering it was their staff oversight.
Very nice hotel, good location that’s easily walkable to Parliament Hill and other attractions. Nice, modern hotel with nice rooms. Only downside is that there is no pool/hot tub which is always a nice bonus.
