The stay was amazing, nice and quiet during the night, friendly staff at front desk when asking for coffee amenities for the room. Stayed a few extra hours after check in, very thankful! I totally suggest this place if planning a trip to Ottawa, price was reasonable as well.

We will return.
Spotless bathroom. That's #1. My wife judge's accommodations by how clean the bathroom is. She is very hard to satisfy. She was very pleased. It was spotless (no bidet lol, but clean). The rest of the room was functional. The mattress was in good shape. Air conditioning worked fine. There was a nice area with Adirondack chairs for relaxing or smoking.

This place was a great location and property for what we were looking for. My only complaint would be that the king bed sheets were actually queen sheets but turned the other way and didn't quite fit the bed. It did not affect our sleep but would have been better if it was king sized sheets

we had very bad experience to stay there for 2 nights, they are providing poor services. the hair dryer, clock, TV, coffee machines, shower head never worked. they didn't clean room, didn't empty garbage bin, didn't provide towels and soap. when we asked them to provide these services , office staff yelled on us badly and used abusive language in front of our kids at 1am midnight and disturbed our sleep. we are complaining to "Human Right Relations" for their abusive behaviour with us. we want Expedia to refund our charges as we faced mulitple issues to stay there which ruined our whole trip.

I don't usually stay at motels, but was really pleasantly surprised by this location. The furnishings are quite new, and while everything is very simple, they've done a really nice job making the space comfortable and clean. The service was also excellent - the person who helped me check in was so friendly and really made me feel at home. Thank you!

Comfortable stay neas airport
We have stayed here several times when flying out of Ottawa. While the property is old and a little tired, it is well maintained, comfortable and clean. All of the service people are friendly and we will continue to use it.
