This could have been a 5 star experience, except the FOOD at the restaurant was TERRIBLE. My server was excellent and the manager was fine, but the food... Ughhhh Ordered braised short ribs $32.00 presentation was exceptional, but both ends of the meat were dry and crusty. Sent it back to get a proper one, same result... Server was EXCELLENT, manager offered another meal, so I took the steak. Steak was fine, my bill: Comped a beer, but charged $43.00 for the steak. Breakfast - went a la carte for a fresh option. Eggs were fine, fresh and cooked over easy as expected. Toast was dry, home fries were COLD and crusty, and the sausage was so overdone and shriveled up, I thought they were mummy fingers. Room was GREAT, again, staff was GREAT, hotel was GREAT, but food.... I would recommend any time, just don't eat at the restaurant.
