Ok, but could be better
Shower head was broken, tv remote broken, pool was freezing cold and there was such a huge lineup for the free breakfast, we had to go out to eat. Also, only 2 elevators for such a big hotel meant having to wait more than 5 minutes in the morning. The room otherwise was big and comfortable enough. Hotel very well situated.

The room is good for max 2 people. I just want to warn - don't rely on the sofa bed - the mattress is so thin, it's impossible to sleep there. The breakfast is free, however on Sunday there was a big line, we were waiting in line for 20 minutes to get seated.

The person who checked us in was not particularly kind or friendly. There was some confusion with the payment method, and the person didn’t handle it well. I also wanted to change the length of our stay and it ,was this whole ordeal and I had to contact multiple people multiple times to get it addressed. The room smelled funny and the couch that had the pull out, stains all over it and there was stains on the wall and the dishes weren’t put away from the dishwasher, stains all over it and there was stains on the wall and the dishes weren’t put away from the dishwasher and it was just unclean and uninviting. Also, the way to get to the parking structure was less than ideal.
