These are converted bachelor and 1-bdrm apartments, so lots of room, incl full kitchen and full-sized fridge, full living room. Very clean; friendly staff; reasonable rates (esp. considering the room sizes). Every room has a balcony.

I was disappointed to see no modern amenities for charging electronics, only standard wall outlets. Although it says they include toiletries, it only included body wash and hand soap, nothing on the sink counter. The location was convenient and felt safe, near parliament and many restaurants. The room was very quiet, spacious, clean, and dated but in good condition. The process at check in was slow and understaffed. It took almost 45mins to check in and there were only two parties in front of me. However, the staff were very friendly, polite and apologetic for the delay.

Front desk was blah. No communication whatsoever. Nothing about pool hours wifi sign in or lack of staff for towel service etc. parked in underground way over priced and if I didn't waste a half hour parking in wrong area to take me to a wrong building and the wrong area for our room. If only someone could have said something at check in. Thank god the jacuzzi in our room was nice to work on all our sore muscles from lugging our luggage up and down and all around. Got to the point I loaded it back in the car when we finally found the right building area to park. Then we got trapped in the elevator area because you need the common key to get back in underground when we miss placed our room keys while trying to find parking spot. Lastly very out dated and the lack of amenities in room is poor. And the hot tub has one working jer(speraticslly) on the stairs you access tub. Don't think I'd go back. Bed was comfy and was quiet. Positives lol
