"The person at the front desk at check in and check out was very good and helpful through our entire stay. This is our fourth or fifth stay and we are very pleased with everything and do plan on staying there on our next time. "

"Two night winter get-away. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It's right on the lake and main Lake George strip. The main hotel is clean and the staff were excellent including the restaurant/bar staff. A few minor quibbles include adding some technology updates in the rooms including USB and/or outlets near the beds. The suites could also benefit from a second TV in the sitting area. The mountain view side actually overlooks the parking lot. Overall, would definitely stay at this location and be sure to do the tour of the adjacent Fort William Henry--it has a lot of history."
