This is a very walkable property to all conveniences. It is right on the water and beach with a spectacular view. Our unit was next to the storage facility, so our balcony was next to what looked like the bbq graveyard. This was not very nice, but we did not pay a premium price for a view so for a one night stopover, it was okay.

We liked the small private beach, pool and availability of kayaks and other water vehicles. We booked the last two rooms that were available in May. When we arrived we were given two rooms in a wing that had not been renovated. It was rather worn, lacked a comfortable chair and generally shabby and depressing. I noticed a vacancy sign the day before we were to check out. We were with our young grandsons who were very interested in staying another night. When I inquired if that were possible, the resort said yes, if we were willing to change rooms. We agreed and moved to another wing. It was quite an improvement and the new rooms were $100 less than what I paid. The vacancy occurred inclement weather in June prompted many people to cancel. We should have been assigned better rooms since we were paying a higher price and had reserved earlier. Although we liked the area we will not return to that property.

Very family oriented. Everyone is so nice. Staff is friendly and courteous. Rooms are spotless and so are the grounds. Lots to do on the property and also in the surrounding area.

Stayed at Marine Village for the 3rd time already. Always a great experience! Perfect location right in the middle of everything, nice private beach and heated pool, kayaks available for rent. Friendly staff, clean rooms and all property. We'll definitely come back!

It was a great place to spend 2 nights. The people were nice and everything wasmade for us to be happy. Would recommend to everyone and we will return sometime later this summer.
