This hotel was listed as a 5star but in American standards it was 3.5. They have amenities like pool table, swimming, lounge & buffet, coffee shop and pharmacy. Don’t come thinking there is a traditional bar. The staff was polite but not knowledgeable - bare minimum information. Our room had a carpet “wet” smell and the shower leaked water all over the floor. We called for it to be repaired and after 3 calls they sent someone but it wasn’t fixed. The hotel was fully booked - I asked for a new room because no solution was offered and still was shut down. Housekeeping staff cleaned well but look a long time to get to our room (5pm). Buffet breakfast was the best offering for food. The area around the hotel is under development and it not walkable. Nothing to see. Plus is it’s close to the highway.

Our fridge didn’t work and had to be replaced. The towels were so high up in the bathroom we couldn’t reach them. The bidet plug didn’t work. It was quite a dark room. Liked having a bath and separate shower tea and coffee facilities great.

The hotel was untidy. The bathroom door was broken and water was leaking. The sink was clogged. Room has unfamiliar smell. The staff didn’t clean room daily. No new towels were provided. Room is too far from airport and other attractions. We don’t suggest this room at all
