Definitely not wonderful ! just average. the only advantage of this old hotel is the spacious rooms. all rooms are supposed to have water view but it really depends on the front desk person what to give you. I was given the cheapest and worst view by Nadiya. In general most reception have a careless shrugging shoulders attitude. The lobby is small an not enough space. Worst thing is that the porters at the entrance allow unauthorised cars to work as taxi to take you to airport ....

This is a great hotel. I would give it 5 stars for everything. The staff are extremely friendly. Great restaurants onsite with excellent views of the creek. Very close to the Union metro and careem taxis are cheap in Dubai. Although don't travel between 5-8pm as the traffic and metro are too busy. The only downside is there isn't much to do in Deira. Deira needs to be modernised. They were renovating a walkway along the creek while I was there. That will be nice once opened.

ホテルもお部屋もとても綺麗でスタッフも親切でした。 ユニオン駅のすぐ近くだったことも良かったです。 深夜の到着でしたが、チェックインの際にはこちらの疲れを察して必要なことだけを簡潔に済ませてすぐに部屋に通してくれました。 チェックアウト後もフライトまでだいぶ時間があったので街歩きをしました。空港のラウンジでシャワーをしようかと思っていたのですが、ホテルのプールのシャワーを借りられたので、とても助かりました。

It has one of the best western style breakfast in the area .. every room has views to Dubai creek .the rooms are very quiet & reasonably large in size .. housekeeping is excellent ..The hotel has lots of various restaurant s within some are award winning . The metro and shopping precinct is directly behind the hotel ..
