We have stayed here a number of times but this wasn’t recognised by check in staff. In our room was a welcome tray addressed to someone else! Some issues over whether we were scheduled for room cleaning or not. However we enjoy staying in the 9th floor rooms with views of the Creek and service from the lounge staff on the 10th floor was exemplary as usual

On a road rather than on a creek
Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was nice size, clean and in good order. The hotel was close to the creek and an easy walk to the Metro. The drawbacks are that it is located on a pretty major road and even on the 8th floor you could hear the traffic and when you were at the pool is a constant backdrop.

Amazing hotel experience
Amazing stay, very helpful and kind staff, the daily housekeeping was excellent. Last but not least the spa facilities was amazing. The hotel is located very central and near Dubai international airport, very convenient.
