"The hotel was clean, our room and especially the bed very comfortable, fabulous views. Great pools and lounge areas. Location is fantastic-walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Our housekeepers Liliana & Madera were very friendly and made sure our room was spotless every day. The general manager Ben greeted us while going through the lobby one afternoon and took the time to chat. Good happy hour margaritas. Appreciated the filtered water filing stations in the hotel. We will be back. "

"I was upgraded to the Mykonos suite shortly after arrival. A beautiful ocean front/ocean view room on the 7th floor. The views were breathtaking. The lush vegetation all around the perfectly manicured landscape was very calming and beautiful. The lobby is open and airy. The staff were very polite, accommodating and helpful. The pool area was beautiful. There was plenty of seating on the beach with impressive beach access! The bar was on point. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this property. This was my first trip to Mexico and Gaviana was perfect!! I can't wait to come back! "
