The hotel is a 3 minute ride to the airport and runs a shuttle every 20 minutes. The shuttle was prompt, clean and the driver was very nice. The property is clean and feels very secure. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast buffet was very good.

I booked the hotel as it was stated to be located in the terminal, but in reality it was a shuttle bus ride away. I would have hoped the description of the property matched the actual location.

the property was convenient to the airport and ease of obtaining transportation to the city. The property was nice and quiet for overnight stay prior to my flight home. I was outside to walk to the airport and the shuttle was able to take me a little earlier than was stated.

Needs updating and cleaning
Check in they had machines but I was not listed. My room was not nice, I would never stay here again. The bed was super uncomfortable, mattress gave in the corners and the springs stuck into well you slept. The bathroom was dirty and warped wood from moisture.

Overall good and convenient. Negatives are the small rooms and no safe. This hotel did not add up to the other 4-star hotels we stayed in. It was okay but just a bit disappointing.

Appreciated the shuttle service to the terminals, good airport hotel for 1 night. Really good service and restaurant menu food. Finding a king size bed was a bonus.
