A true home away from home
I look forward to staying with stay city probably more than I look forward to my trip. I feel safe staying with this hotel company. I was in the hotel business for 35 years and these hotels have succeeded what other hotels have failed. Simply the best.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Front desk were very warm and welcoming. I had an issue with my water not heating up quickly and they quickly sent someone to fix it. It got better but I think it still needs to be looked at again. But I will definitely return to this hotel

As far as the hotel itself and the grounds, I really enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the hotel. It’s very centralized yet far enough away from the attractions to get a good nights sleep. As far as the staff is concerned they were friendly, professional and helpful in every way and I really enjoyed chatting with them most. Very nice people.

Great stay in Dublin
Great location and newly remodeled. Everything was clean and great staff. 6 adults and a baby visiting Dublin in 3 rooms and everything was great. Only thing that could have been better was the pillows where a bit flat.

Amazing friendly and heldpful staff . They had an issue with some of the rooms and we needed to be transferred. They arranged for a free taxi to a nearby staycity and free breakfast for us. Sometimes things go wrong and this hotel showed amazing customer service in how they handled jt, taking awesome care of us and bending over backwards to make things right. The new staycity had great modern rooms, with lovely kitchen facility in the rooms. Very comfy bed. Second time staying in this chain and will now specifically look for them in Europe.

Nice property. Very close to many attractions. The customer service was outstanding. One agent, Alashia I believe her name was, was exceptionally gracious. Very helpful. Our only negative review would be that our corner room had a very large pillar running up through it. It was extremely difficult to maneuver around. Our advice, ask for a room without the pillar.

Lovely stay
The staff here are wonderful:) Always willing to do whatever they can to help The location at first seemed a bit sketchy as we arrived at night, but found it to be excellent! Within walking distance to so many attractions, restaurants, etc.. The rooms were small but very efficient and cheery. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
