1minute from tram station so excellent transpot to anywhere in Dublin. Restaurant food (breakfast and Dinner) was excellent. Staff very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags all day until we checked in later in the evening. Would definitely recomment for anyone wanting to visit Dublin.

This a good 4 star hotel. Room was excellent and of adequate size, and quiet (we were on fifth floor). Staff were welcoming and helpful. There is a restaurant on site. We had a snack which was acceptable. Breakfast was also fine but needed to request food in buffet to be replenished. The room key is needed to operate the lift. Worked most efficiently. There is a tram stop close to hotel (the Red Line Luas). Very convenient to the 3Arena. We were only staying one night but would consider staying again.

Hotel lovely, great breakfast, easy to walk to, once you get your bearings. We were attending a concert in 3Arena, which was a 5 -10 minute walk away.

Very nice clean hotel. Very handy to 3arena. Thought our room was small enough for the price we paid. Plus our view was looking out at office block with all large glass windows. Not much privacey couldnt pull the curtains back

My favourite hotel in Dublin. This was my second time in the Samuel and it did not disappoint. Check in and check out so easily done. Staff were friendly. Rooms so clean and warm and the beds are so comfortable!

Very handy to 3arena. Nice courteous staff.fish n chips ok no taste of fish batter good. Chicken burger not the best. 22 and 21 euro for each. Breakfast very good full fry buffet type. Wide range of other stuff too. Room comfortable toilet clean would go again but eat out for dinner.

A nice enough hotel, a bit off the beaten track, but close enough to walk if you’re a good walker. My main hesitation in a stellar review was the ineptitude of the staff. The housekeeping was slow, as we often came back in the late afternoon to find our room still untouched, even with the sign requesting service on. We asked if we could extend our checkout by 1 hour, and the young man at the desk told us it would cost 40 euros, until we spoke with his supervisor. Little things that suggest an inexperienced staff. It’s a nice new hotel, but it needs to work out some kinks.
