Very handy to 3arena. Nice courteous staff.fish n chips ok no taste of fish batter good. Chicken burger not the best. 22 and 21 euro for each. Breakfast very good full fry buffet type. Wide range of other stuff too. Room comfortable toilet clean would go again but eat out for dinner.

A nice enough hotel, a bit off the beaten track, but close enough to walk if you’re a good walker. My main hesitation in a stellar review was the ineptitude of the staff. The housekeeping was slow, as we often came back in the late afternoon to find our room still untouched, even with the sign requesting service on. We asked if we could extend our checkout by 1 hour, and the young man at the desk told us it would cost 40 euros, until we spoke with his supervisor. Little things that suggest an inexperienced staff. It’s a nice new hotel, but it needs to work out some kinks.

We were part of a tour. The service was perfect. Cleanliness was impeccable. Restaurant was good. The bedrooms are small but comfortable.

Couple and friend weekend away.
Staff was brilliant! Hotel looked quite modern. Reasonably priced for Dublin. Tram line literally around the corner. Coffee shop on site, although not open on Sundays. Check in and out was very convenient.

Location was excellent. You can walk everywhere. Staff was Very nice. conditions of the room was poor : 1)no view whatsoever ; just looking at the wall. The pictures were deceiving when I made the reservations. Though this may be Expedia’s fault. No shelves, no fridge, no luggage racks provided in the room. Also the ventilation was poor. In US, early check in is usually very likely for all hotels. . Here it was an unexpected request. The hotel can adjust the check in time by working around the arrival times if international flights.

Nice modern hotel stay in great Dublin location.
Really nice stay in a modern hotel with modern amenities. Great location for walking to much of the Docklands area as well as to O'Çonnell Street. Only downside was getting there by car was not straight forward and parking is offsite..

Beautiful hotel, unfriendly front desk staff
All went well but felt very unwelcome from moment we entered. Front desk reception staff was literally rude to the point of us feeling uncomfortable. Nice hotel but have to think there are other options with friendlier staff.
