Booked last minute travelling back to NS. Was a little cheaper than surrounding hotels and no complaints. Guy on the desk was very friendly. Inc breakfast was decent as well.

This property should have an above excellent button for the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The hallway walking to our room on the fourth floor had a slight musty smell, but when we entered our room, there was no musty smell, and the room was very modern up-to-date with a comfy bed. There was a RCMP pamphlet at the front desk, warning people to take all valuables out of their car and make sure it was locked. We had electric bikes in the car so we were concerned. However our car was fine in the morning. Also, the front door of the hotel lobby is locked 24 hours a day. You require your room key to enter the hotel lobby. It is my understanding this is because of the homeless issue in Moncton. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional, lots of variety. The coffee is delicious with large cups to go. Very happy with this property, but not sure that we would return as things in downtown. Moncton are starting to look a little seedy.

Very kind staff, lady at the front desk attempted to put my party and myself in close rooms from each other. However she was unable, still very kind. However there is a deposit fee of 50$ which I was unaware of. If paid in debit it would be 250$, they needed a credit card to complete it. Wish I had known had to use a friends. Other than that, awesome stay

When we booked through Expedia the site said nothing about this being a hotel/motel combo. Upon check in they had put us in the sketchy motel portion. We went back inside and staff told us they would give us an “upgrade”. That upgrade was a basement room which overlooked a closed pool with a very tall fence around it. Both rooms were dirty. Staff were not helpful and I had to spend an hour talking to Expedia on the phone while on site to get a refund.

I booked throuh expedia,paid a deposit of 45$ and 1$ to verify that my card was active ans still paid full price for the room. Paid an extra 150$ for a security deposit and was told i would be credited the 150$ within 2-3 bisness days. It’s been 5 bisness day and still didn’t get it. I sent an email and nobody responded.

Viewing of the Moncton Bore easy from hotel room or very short walk at the back of the hotel. Towels refreshed each day Hotel right on the main street. Restaurants within walking distance Good breakfast

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay that completely suited our needs. I appreciated the location beside the river, where I could go for a walk along the trail. If I have a chance to return, I will try to time things so that I can observe the tidal bore, which I have heard is very interesting. The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The breakfast choices were more extensive than we expected for a continental breakfast, and the breakfast room was quite pleasant. The only negative aspect of the location was the street noise in the evening, when drivers seemed to be racing up and down the street. It quieted down later on and was fine for night, but if you are sensitive to noise and need to go to sleep early, bring ear plugs. The room itself was clean, comfortable and convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable stay!
