The room's condition was subpar, failing to meet expectations, particularly considering the price point. Specifically: - The mattresses were uncomfortably Soft and in need of replacement. - The bathroom fixtures were outdated and broken, requiring urgent attention. - The room itself was in disrepair, with peeling wallpaper and a general sense of neglect. Given the premium pricing, I expected a significantly higher standard of accommodation. Unfortunately, the current state of the room does not justify the cost

Worst hotel experience to date
Hotel was very dirty. First room we were assigned had black mold on bathroom wall and shower tile. There were hair on the pillows and a thick layer of dust on the lamp shades.

Positives - very comfy bed, clean laundry, shower very decent water flow. Negatives - very dated, needs complete refurb, stains on carpets, marks on walls, dark, pool /spa very uninviting, room window did not open, smoke alarm inactive. Many shady characters around the area, did not feel safe
