Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel is lovely but extremely loud. First room was directly across from the hotel gym - constant sound of weights being dropped, very loud and disruptive. Second room on a higher floor was also loud. Could hear residents above and other guests through the walls. Minimal soundproofing. Woken several times late at night by loud guests/residents of the building. Parking lot is terribly laid out and difficult to park in. Won’t stay here again.
We had a suite, very clean, modern, the only suggestion I would make would be to have more comfortable seating. They had two small loveseats in the tv area, ok to sit on for short period but not great if you were planning on settling in to watch tv. A big sectional would have been great along with a coffee table. We had to move side tables in order to have a place to set down our drinks. The roof top bar was also closed Sunday and Monday which was a bit of a let down but otherwise a great stay all in all.
I appreciate SO much the small details: good coffee/tea, creamers in the fridge for coffee/tea (so thoughtful) and nice soap, good lighting. A welcoming lobby with good options for food and drink. The aesthetics are pleasant, it feels modern and fun.
Great boutique hotel, but the small shower bench in the accessible room is not safe, too small and no safety handles close enough for transfers or while seated. A paraplegic or quadriplegic could not balance on that small shower chair.
