"We truly enjoyed staying in this house. It was in a perfect location to be up north near Charlevoix and Boyne City. We immediately felt welcome and at home The layout is very open and the owner provided everything needed to accommodate our stay. The outside setting is private and park like. We took a short walking trail through the woods in back to enjoy the fresh air and fall colors. We are looking forward to plan a stay again next year."

"Our stay was wonderful! The cabin was warm, cozy, and clean. Kitchen had essentials for cooking needs; bathroom well stocked with towels; bedrooms had extra bedding/blankets if needed. Perfect for 2 adults and a dog. The lake being just steps away was awesome. Table and chairs outside to sit and enjoy the beautiful, woodsy area. Cabin also minutes from Charlevoix downtown area where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Close to other areas as well to go exploring and hiking. Great experience, easy check-in and check-out. High recommend! Definitely would stay here again!"

"My son was married at Castle Farms and we had the most amazing stay at Abbeys and the captains quarters! Big backyard to let the dogs walk around and played some football. We watched the most amazing northern lights from the enclosed back porch and beautiful backyard. Wonderful time and wonderful personal hosts. Thank you for this wedding so extra special for us!"

"Lovely property between Boyne and Charlevoix on the lake! Perfect for our family with two small children and my MIL. The kitchen was stocked and we cooked almost every night! The waterfront beach was perfect for the kids, fire pit for smores! Communication was great with the host. Beds super comfortable. We didn’t rent or bring a boat but would be a great spot for this with the dock access. Definitely would come back to this place! "
