"Hotel staff was ve ry accommodating to me when i arrived. I was upgraded to a little bigger room which worked out better than i expected. The staff manager during the day greeted me when i arrived and handled my check in perfectly. The room service was excellent in their prompt service of items needed. Thanks for the service. I would recommend the hotel for usa travelers"

"Customer service especially in the food are. (Breakfast morning). Cleanliness although there are days that there was no service room attendant. I didn’t like there’s one day, I had been waiting in customer service but they are not paying attention to the Guest. Until one down attendant noticed me and assisted me to the other side of the service desk (concierge) to help me out. But overall, it’s still a great Hotel where I can see myself to stay in the near future."
