Room was clean, but the motel itself was embarrassingly run down. the side door was broken. The tv didn't receive certain channels. I HATE that the owners assume guests are all right wing lunatic Trumphumpers that only want Fox News and not MSNBC. The hair dryer didn't work. The ice machine was broken. The refrigerator was broken, so food I brought went bad. The "breakfast" was inedible, prison food; as in literally purchased from prison food suppliers -- synthetic "eggs" and super processed sausage patties. Junk cereal and muffins. I wouldn't have paid.99 cents for it. I'm through with Wyndham; they ruin ever hotel they buy.

This is the best stopping place on our annual family trip to Wyoming. We have been accommodated with the requested connecting rooms three years in a row. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we hope to stay again next year.

If you want to sleep with a dog this is the place
The room smelled of cleaning products, I mean industrial products used to mask dog soiled carpets and smokers. This place should be listed as a boarding house for all pets and dogs, well maybe not fit for horses. The carpet was damp in one corner of the room where I set down my suite case. Dogs barked all night long, one room across from us had a dog bark for over 8 hours, until the owner got back. it was at the door, so I know it was not kenneled. while getting breakfast I walked past 5 dogs and their owners in the hallway. This is not a hotel. Other complaints, the pool was shut down for the season, why was it not posted that it would be closed for the season. the bed mattress was hard as rocks, all very old pillows and mattresses. Breakfast was OK but not stocked well. If you want to sleep with a dog and do not own or bring one with you this is the place.

only thing that was concerning is that somebody stole my souvenir cup that cost $25 I didn’t notice it till I was ready to go to the game on Saturday. It was just thrown away because they threw away all the soap every day, which seemed like a waste.

Comfortable however the breakfast was definitely minimal. We’ve stayed here before and the food choices were great. Looks like they’ve cut back a lot, however it doesn’t reflect the higher cost for the night.

The staff was exceptional. Very helpful and concerned. Traveling with a disability is always challenging, but the Ramada staff has found the perfect balance between helpful and intrusive. And, excellent breakfast as well.
