They only provide room service if you stay more than 7 days. I booked room for 6 nights and i asked for room service on 3rd day but they denied. Only 1 microwave and water dispenser for entire floor. It was very inconvenient. I called for suttle service from airport but then i ended up taking cab. It doesn't feel safe specifically for rooms on ground floors. Room looks different in picture. Heater doesn't work properly. They didnt even provide paper towel, sugar salt packets in room. No dustbin bags. Overall experience was very inconvenient.

The staff was very friendly. Our floor was very dirty and sticky. They came up to clean it but the stickiness in the bathroom area remained. It was gross.

Nice Place for One Night
It consisted of one night so we could drop two family members off at the airport at 5:00 a.m. They both needed wheelchairs, so we wanted to do it ourselves. We didn't really get a good feel for the hotel other than it was clean and nice, and the hotel staff were pleasant and friendly.

Wonderful! The airport shuttle came to pick me up at 1 AM, very speedy and the driver was kind. And it was actually free! Also, free shuttle in the morning. The room was wonderful and the staff was polite. I'll be back when my travels take me this way.

Check in went well. Since we were parking for the week, there were no forms to put in our car as they were apparently locked up and not accessible. Also, room coffeemaker did not have proper pods for use. Otherwise, all great. Hoping not to be towed away
