"Riverside Motel was EXCELLENT. I had read reviews prior to booking, and they were all correct. First off, the staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The motel has access right off the highway, for easy access. Plus, the room we stayed in had a kitchenette, equipped with dishes, and cooking appliances to make the stay feel more like home. My only negative critique, believe it or not, was that the pillows were a bit hard. But thats something I can plan for when I book with them again. Great job, Riverside Motel. I will be recommending you to everyone I know planning a stay in Medicine Hat "

"Overall, my Mom and I had a wonderful time at this place. The manager and other staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent room that had two queen beds and a hot tub. This is truly a unique hotel. I understand that it needs some upkeep but at the same time, it gives the place character. I was not seeking perfection from this hotel, but a reasonable priced hotel that was in a good location. The hotel is huge. Really take the time to decide what room what you want to stay in because it can make a huge difference in your experience. I would like to thank the manager for making our stay awesome. "
