One of the poorest excuse for breakfast we have ever experienced. One selection, scrambled eggs, toast, no butter, no juices One jam selection, marmalade. Some cold cereals. Common areas are dirty. Absolutley not recommended

This was a horrible place to stay. I guess the old saying is you get what you paid for. Swimming pool not in operation ... dirty towels... dirty bedsheets.. drug paraphernalia laying in the hallways .. police show up stating you would be safer to stay somewhere else. Lobby locked cannot get ahold of anyone. Half to leave messages ... DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Do NOT book this place it’s terribly filthy, parking areas are full of garbage the carpets were filthy black, we had to change rooms, no working a/c, took pillows to front desk to get new ones they were dirty, NO pool NO hot tub NEVER AGAIN!!

Worst hotel I ve ever stayed from day 1 to the last; Extremelly DIRTY; All staff incompetent, everything broken, bugs, people smoking in their rooms, garbage all over the hallways for days. I could never give this place even half a star! The photos are nice, but the pools dont work, terrible breakfast (actually 2 days there was no breakfast) worse than a pigsty!!! You have been warned!!

Absolutely disgusting. Our room was covered in mold and the bedding was filthy. The hole building looks like it’s never seen a mop or vacuum. There’s holes in the walls and there are bugs everywhere. On top of that the pool area wasn’t in a closed space it was in the centre of a bunch of rooms that overlooked the pool. It was supposedly “under construction” with water still in the pool and nothing to block it off except a single strip of caution tape (huge hazard especially for children). On top of that the staff didn’t seem phased or surprised about mold or filth in general and I had requested a refund due to the whole situation and wasn’t given a receipt because apparently they can’t print receipts there. Oh and the whole building smelt like it was a mix of rotting food and cigarettes. Save yourself and avoid this place at all costs.

BEWARE!!! This property is in a very sketchy neighbourhood. The pool was under renovation and they do not post that on Expedia! The room charge is 200 for deposit (nothing in the room could even be worth that). The mirror fell off the wall and we had 2 young children out of nowhere. The front desk call later saying their was something on the sheets and they needed to charge me 100$. Ok, the sheets were from value village.

The property is dirty outside inside. My room had no towels I went to the front desk, asked for some gave me one towel and that was it. He said there was no more.. I would not recommend this property to anybody will not be staying again.

The staff specially Sukh was were kind and caring. She took good care of breakfast and made sure everything was available to all guests. I had issues with expedia during check-in process as hotel said there were insufficient funds for booking rooms - while expedia had already confirmed me the booking. This took almost 1hr to process/check-in. Other than that the rooms were upstairs and we had to carry all luggage up the stairs as there was no lift or trolley.

On our way to the room there was garbage and beer bottles outside the door. There was something spilt on the tile floor that was never cleaned up in our 2 day stay. There was no kleenex in the room and when we asked for some we were given 5 napkins. There was no washclothes or hand towels. There was no fitted sheet on the bed it was just a top sheet that never stayed in place and had holes in it. we will never be staying there again. Pictures online are not accurate.
