It is always a favorite of mine. The only thing is how not sound proof the rooms are. I was able to hear my neighbours cellphone all night. Other than that it is awesome as always

Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the roof top hot tubs in the middle of winter. The hotel is right in the center of downtown Jasper so you can easily walk to everything. The only downfall is the parking. We had to park at a lot offsite but it was only like a minute walk away so not a big deal. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were fantastic. Love the outdoor hot tubs. Location is very convenient. Amazing view of the mountains. Not that quiet due to being across from the train yard, and the creaky floor above, however that’s just the the layout of the town and age of the building. It was an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

Great location and good stay.
Great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. It was great having a good pub/restaurant right downstairs. Also grrat location being right downtown.

Friendly staff, great location in the middle of Jasper, we loved the 2 roof-top hot tubs that weren’t too crowded and the staff even offered towels and plastic cups for alcoholic drinks

Lovely staff at check-in on Friday Dec 27! She was helpful, attentive and friendly. The view of the train station and mountains was glorious. Great hot tub situation and the elevator plus cart is a huge plus. Will stay here again!
