2 minutes walked to Lake Louise , view is magnificent, great and excellent location. Jasper is very nice and professional when he checked in for us . Communication is great before check out. The view from my room is speechless, but the bed is not that comfortable. Coffee and croissant in the lobby are both very expensive but not taste that good . Over all good experience to stay and pricey

I have stayed at every fairmont hotel in Alberta and this property is the best one, the rooms are updated, the property is beautiful and fun to explore, the walk around the lake and surrounding areas are gorgeous, and the staff are some of the friendliest and most willing to go the extra mile.

We drove up in our RV Van and they were more than accommodating to park it for us to where we could still get access to it. From the moment that we arrived, to the time we left, every staff member was extremely nice/helpful. we used your dog sitting services, and our doggie seemed tired out when we picked him up, which is great. We ate at the fondue restaurant and our server - Melanie, I believe-was a lot of fun and helpful with hiking suggestions etc. The view from our room was outstanding. Will be back again some day.

We enjoyed a terrific three night stay in September 2024. Everything was terrific but the staff really stood out as exceptional - everyone we encountered had a ready smile and was genuinely interested in accommodating our needs. In particular, the food service staff on the 7th Gold Floor was terrific. There is ongoing construction but it did not inconvenience us, staying on the concierge floor saved us money on food, and the convenience of staying at the lake was priceless.
