With new management on site they are very serious on making this a true value for their customers. There are good rooms here, I’m eager to see the improvements that they will make as I do plan on staying again.

Poor heating system - turned the heat up but the vent is high up on the wall. Room stayed cool and became real cold at 4 a.m. Complimentary coffee was really strong and old at 9:00 a.m. Economical and adequate but not if room temperature is intolerable.

The bad reviews are right

The bad reviews are right. The toilet was plugged, the room cold even with temp turned up, the staff seemed very unhappy to be there. I was over charged. I had to move to a better, not good room, as soon as I went into the first room. I had stayed there in the past and it was okay. Now there is a good reason the price is low. Go somewhere else and pay more.

We had to wait 15 minutes for a staff member to check us in. They also gave us a room that was dead bolted at first. After checking with the front desk they said they forgot “something was going on with that room.” Overall very disappointing staff and service but the rooms are fine if you just want to sleep.

Bed was uncomfortable and temperatures fluctuations was unreal like there was no insulation in the building from the cold outside and it wasn't even that cold outside (-15°c) from someone who basically lives in hotels for work I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was dirty. For breakfast they had a dry muffin and bad coffee and the cereal was not very fresh. No coffee or juice or nothing to drink after 10am. No room cleaning for 4 days. Overall the staff is great but the place is a one out of 10. I will never stay there again and i have started at alot of places. It is great if you what to go shopping

Hotel was quiet, breakfast very basic. Only issue we brought up with the reception was that two of the electrical outlets in our room, had no covers on them. Issue here is health and safety as they were ground level where exploring children could’ve been in danger.
