"We pretty much liked everything, except that due to snow conditions, we needed a snow mat to catch the snow so it wasn't slippery while we were unloading & loading at the outside entrance of our room (we had a main floor room with exterior access). It was just bare floor. "

"Asked for blanket for the pullout couch There was a smoke on the bed and didnt get the blanket I adked for, stated there was 1 on room told the frint desk person there wasnt and i checked sll areas and drawers ,my son didnt have a blanket for his bed, not happy with that service ,they told me they didnt have any blankets"
