Non working hot tub

Our room was great but we were disappointed with the hotel hot tub. The jets were not working. Two lower jets recirculating the water and the upper jets not running at all. Our main reason for booking here was to have a room near where our meetings were, but also to have a hot tub to use. We were very disappointed.

The parking lot was not cleared of snow for parking and walking in the whole area. It was packed with snow and lots of ruts. Very difficult to walk through. Obviously, it had not been attended to for quite some time. so driving up, I was not impressed. Thankfully it was still light out
