I would’ve rated this location. Excellent for everything especially the front desk personnel stayed there for three days and not one day when we asked so that was the only downfall of our three day stay

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. The woman who checked my disabled mother and I in was the most ignorant woman. We wanted to cancel and go elsewhere but unfortunately we booked through Expedia and not directly with the hotel. The woman who checked us in working the night shift on Sunday November 24, 2024 was the most ignorant person I have ever encountered in customer service. She was ignorant, condescending and rude to me while other guests were in the lobby. The room upon entry seemed clean but there was someone else’s coffee pod in the machine and used soap in the shower. We were there for three nights and did not receive any clean towels etc. or more amenities during our stay for three people. The smoking area is located across some large round landscaping rocks and was unable to be accessed by my mom walking with a cane due to fear of her falling. The gentlemen when we checked out was lovely but other than a brief pleasant exchange with him, I would not recommend this hotel.
