As soon as I arrived at the hotel, first order of business after knowing my name that I heard was I have to pay extra if I want to check in early. Upon preparing to checkout , I even received a phone call what time am I checking out as I was only given a late check out of 1 pm. Prior to that housekeeping was knocking at my door to ask if I am ready to check out at 12 although I was given 1 pm check out. I understand that this is policy of hotel but I suppose Management will need to showing some good will to cx especially if they are not fully booked on both days I checked in and out. I did not even hear them asking me if I am a CHOICE Loyalty card holder- which I am. Probably they do not want people going to hotel . Just no appreciation for your business but just get your money . Customer service is all about unforgettable positive experience.
