The staff starting with the shuttle driver Jose was awesome! The breakfast was pretty good with various options. The receptionist/front desk (Nu) was always friendly and kind. Overall the staff was great and attentive. Not sure of the area we spent most of our days in the city not in the immediate area.

Very spacious and close to the airport but when you get to the hotel its very difficult not walking distance to anything and i had to uber to the hotel but my uber had difficulty locating the area. 24h shuttle to the airport was amazing and the best part of the experience

Breakfast was a disappointment. They serve breakfast 7-10 , (two day stay) both days I can down for breakfast around 8:30 am, the buffet was limited, if you are advertising as breakfast available until 10 am then I think all options should be available for everyone not limit the amount of eggs for only the early birds, anticipate and have more available. The tables were filthy, they never clean or wipe them down for the revolving number of customers, just disappointing.

The desk clerk was very friendly and efficient during checkin. I was also impressed with new condition and cleansliness of the hotel. The breakfast we very good. My oonly complaint was the traffic in the area was a racetrack so acess and egress was a challenge.

The bathroom in room 114 needs quite a bit of TLC. The shower had some damage on one wall which we alerted the front desk about after check in. The shower floor needs recaulked

Enjoyed staying here. Plenty of parking space, well lit parking lot. Greeted right away at reception and got room easily even when we checked in at 11 pm. Room was clean. Our neighbors were quiet and got a good quality sleep. Def recommend staying here
