Good Hotel with everything you need
Service very good Simple but clean, comfy and just what we needed after a long day at Cheshire Oaks Shame the coffee machine wasn’t working at breakfast but filter coffee was fine. Brekkie very good and a lot of choice.

Check in was very efficient and friendly . Did not have to wait at all. Room clean and spacious. Bathroom with shower and bath also clean and spacious. Only negative is bathroom needs redecorating as paint peeling

Great place to stay
The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were given free coffee and biscuits while the lady checked that our room was ready,which it was. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was self serve and lovely. There was full English, cereals, fruits and seeds,yoghurts, croissants and pastries and various breads. Jams,honey and Nutella were available for the toast. It's a very quiet and peaceful location. We would definitely stay here again. Just across the canal was a great canal waterways and boats museum. Well worth a visit.

We had an assessable room which was good except I think overall the bathroom should have more grab rails for the guests. Staff were great, very friendly and attentive

We arrived after a long haul flight wanted somewhere close to Manchester Airport. This was perfect for us. Easy to fine. Quick check-in. Room clean and comfortable, quiet despite a wedding reception. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good choice of pastries, cereals and cooked food. Our eggs cooked to order. Coffee served by staff. Its overlooking a canal which is a beautiful relaxing setting to enjoy breakfast. We had a short walk around lovely. Left our luggage whilst we shopped in Chester. Would definitely recommend and will go again if we're in the area.
